anti-PDIA3 antibody product blogThe PDIA3 pdia3 (Catalog #MBS221384) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GOAT ANTI PDIA3 (C-TERMINAL) reacts with Hamster (Expected from Sequence), Mouse (Expected from Sequence), Rabbit (Expected from Sequence), Rat (Expected from Sequence) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s PDIA3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).
Western Blot: This item detects a band of approximately 55kDa in human Hepatoblastoma HepG2 cell lysates. A minimum incubation time of 1 hour is recommended with this antibody.
ELISA: Maximum Dilution: 1/80000
Western Blotting: Minimum Dilution: 1; Maximum Dilution: 3ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PDIA3 pdia3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The PDIA3 pdia3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #21361657) (NCBI Accession #NP_005304.3) (Uniprot Accession #P30101). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

MBS221384 recognises protein disulphide isomerase family A, member 3 (PDIA3) a 55 kDa protein of the endoplasmic reticulum. PDIA3 interacts with lectin chaperones calreticulin and calnexin, modulating folding of newly synthesized glycoproteins by promoting the formation of disulphide bonds. PDIA3 expressed on the mouse sperm head is involved in sperm-egg fusion.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.02% Sodium Azide
0.5% Bovine Serum Albumin. Immunogen: Peptide sequence C-EEKPKKKKKAQEDL corresponding to the C-terminus of PDIA3 (NP_05304).
Buffer Solution: TRIS buffered saline
Antiserum Preparation: Antisera to human PDIA3 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing PDIA3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as PDIA3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. PDIA3 also interacts with the following gene(s): CALR, CANX, ERP27, HLA-A, HLA-B, STAT3. Blood, Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Intestine, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Brain Diseases, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Fibrosis, Immune System Diseases, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to GOAT ANTI PDIA3 (C-TERMINAL).
