Testing Data (PCNA was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of human lung cancer tissues using mouse anti- PCNA Antigen Affinity purified monoclonal antibody at 1 ug/mL. TRITC Conjugated Goat Anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody was used to detect the primary antibody at 30 ug/mL.)
Description: This antibody is purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography which removes essentially all goat serum proteins, except the specific antibody for mouse IgG. The antibody preparation is solid phase adsorbed with human serum proteins and bovine serum proteins to ensure minimal cross reactivity in tissue or cell preparations.
Immunogen: Mouse IgG (whole molecule).
