Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to TLR-7. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody preparation specific for TLR-7 and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB (3,3\',5,5\' tetramethyl-benzidine) substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain TLR-7, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The concentration of TLR-7 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Samples: Serum, Cell lysates
Detection Range: 0.156 ng/ml-10 ng/ml

Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV% is less than 10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.

Protein Biological Process 3: Immunity. Human toll-like receptor 7, TLR-7 ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. TLR7 also interacts with the following gene(s): CTSK, CTSS, IL6, MYD88, TLR3, TLR8, TLR9. Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases, Respiratory Hypersensitivity, Skin Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Human toll-like receptor 7, TLR-7 ELISA Kit.
