Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for TE has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any TE present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for TE is added to the wells. After washing, avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of TE bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Samples: Serum, Plasma, Tissue Homogenates
Assay Type: Quantitative Sandwich
Detection Range: 0.156 ng/ml-10 ng/ml
Sensitivity: 0.039 ng/ml. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%. Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess
Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%. Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess. Human Telomerase reverse transcriptase, TERT ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. TERT also interacts with the following gene(s): AKT1, MTOR, NCL, PINX1, PRKCA, RELA, SMG6, SRC, TEP1, TPP1. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Adenocarcinoma, Carcinoma, Cardiovascular Diseases, Drug Toxicity, Ischemia, Liver Diseases, Neoplasms, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nervous System Diseases, Skin Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Human Telomerase reverse transcriptase, TERT ELISA Kit. Ascites, Blood, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Lung, Lymph, Lymph Node, Thymus, Uncharacterized Tissue, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein.
