The PTPN11 ptpn11 (Catalog #MBS8205930) is a siRNA produced from Synthetic and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The PTPN11 siRNA (Mouse) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s PTPN11 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, RNA Interference (RNAi). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the PTPN11 ptpn11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The PTPN11 ptpn11 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #158508568) (NCBI Accession #NP_001103462.1) (Uniprot Accession #P35235). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

siRNA to inhibit PTPN11 expression using RNA interference.

PTPN11 ptpn11

Quality Control: Oligonucleotide synthesis is monitored base by base through trityl analysis to ensure appropriate coupling efficiency. The oligo is subsequently purified by affinity-solid phase extraction. The annealed RNA duplex is further analyzed by mass spectrometry to verify the exact composition of the duplex. Each lot is compared to the previous lot by mass spectrometry to ensure maximum lot-to-lot consistency.
Directions for Use: We recommends transfection with 100 nM siRNA 48 to 72 hours prior to cell lysis. Before resuspending, briefly centrifuge the tube to ensure the lyophilized siRNA is at the bottom of the tube. Resuspend the siRNA oligos to an appropriate concentration with DEPC water. For each vial, suitable for 250 transfections in 24 well plate (20 pmol for each well).
Components: We offer pre-designed sets of 3 different target-specific siRNA oligo duplexes of mouse PTPN11 gene. Each vial contains 5 nmol of lyophilized siRNA. The duplexes can be transfected individually or pooled together to achieve knockdown of the target gene, which is most commonly assessed by qPCR or western blot. Our siRNA oligos are also chemically modified (2\'-OMe) at no extra charge for increased stability and enhanced knockdown in vitro and in vivo. Adenocarcinoma, Carcinoma, Costello Syndrome, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, LEOPARD Syndrome, Leukemia, Leukemia, Myelomonocytic, Juvenile, Necrosis, Noonan Syndrome are some of the diseases may be linked to PTPN11 siRNA (Mouse). PTPN11 also interacts with the following gene(s): Egfr, Frs2, Gab1, Gab2, Grb2, Jak1, Jak2, Kit, Pdgfrb, Pxn. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Skin, Spleen tissues are correlated with this protein.
