Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with rat SEPCR. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for rat SEPCR. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in opposite to the amount of rat SEPCR in samples. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Samples: Serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, tissue homogenates
Assay Type: Competitive
Detection Range: 1.95 pg/ml-500 pg/ml
Sensitivity: 1.95 pg/ml. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV% is less than 8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV% is less than 10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
Detection Wavelength: 450 nm
Sample Volume: 50-100ul
Protein Biological Process 1: Blood Coagulation
Protein Biological Process 3: Blood coagulation. Rat soluble endothelial protein C receptor, sEPCR ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. PROCR also interacts with the following gene(s): F2r, Proc, Serpine1, Tfpi, Thbd, Tnf. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Bone, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Placenta, Umbilical Cord, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Breast Neoplasms, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Heart Diseases, Hemorrhage, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Rat soluble endothelial protein C receptor, sEPCR ELISA Kit.
