The Human NMS nms (Catalog #MBS2602674) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MBS2602674 ELISA Kit recognizes Human NMS.The NMS nms product has the following accession number(s) (GI #58743316) (NCBI Accession #NP_001011717.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q5H8A3). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Human Neuromedin-S, NMS ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the assay: This experiment use double-sandwich elisa technique and the ELISA Kit provided is typical. The pre-coated antibody is human NMS monoclonal antibody and the detecting antibody is polyclonal antibody with biotin labeled. Samples and biotin labeling antibody are added into ELISA plate wells and washed out with PBS or TBS. Then Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are added to ELISA wells in order; Use TMB substrate for coloring after reactant thoroughly washed out by PBS or TBS. TMB turns into blue in peroxidase catalytic and finally turns into yellow under the action of acid. The color depth and the testing factors in samples are positively correlated.
Samples: Human serum, plasma or Cell Culture Supernatant and organizations in the natural and recombinant NMS concentration
Assay Type: Sandwich
Detection Range: 10 ng/ml-0.156 ng/ml
Sensitivity: 0.05 ng/ml. Intra-assay Precision: <= 8%
Inter-assay Precision: <= 12%. Human Neuromedin-S, NMS ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. NMS also interacts with the following gene(s): NMUR1, NMUR2. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
