|The Multiple Species n/a (Catalog #MBS154193) is a Slide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s Multiple Species can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF).
Immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), in-situ hybridization (ISH) and fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH).
10 mum tissue sections are recommended for ISH applications to avoid false negative results. 10 mum single tissue slides are available upon request. This product has not been evaluated for effectiveness in ISH or FISH applications. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Multiple Species n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The Multiple Species Tissue Array (MSTA) slides were designed to study protein expression patterns in different cells and tissues from multiple species. Tissue slices from three different species are mounted on each MSTA slide which can then be treated as a single histological slide for H&E staining, immunohistochemistry, or in situ hybridization. This format allows a rapid analysis of protein expression and localization across different species. MSTA slides can also be used to quickly determine the species reactivity of a given antibody.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Preparation: Tissue slides contain 5 mum sections of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues (up to 1 cm x 1 cm) affixed to positively charged glass slides. The same type of tissues from 3 different species (Human, Mouse, and Rat) are arrayed on slides from left to right. Tissue diagnosis was performed by certified pathologists.
Fixation: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded
By Type: Multiple Species Tissue Slides. Tissue/Cell Type: Liver
General Diagnosis: Multiple Species Tissue Array - Liver Tissue.
