Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for MICB has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any MICB present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for MICB is added to the wells. After washing, avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of MICB bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Samples: Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates
Assay Type: Sandwich
Detection Range: 31.25 pg/ml-2000 pg/ml
Sensitivity: 7.8 pg/ml. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV% is less than 8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV% is less than 10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
Detection Wavelength: 450 nm

Protein Biological Process 1: Immunity
Protein Biological Process 3: Adaptive immunity. Human MHC class I polypeptide-related sequence B, MICB ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. MICB also interacts with the following gene(s): KLRK1. Blood, Bone Marrow, Intestine, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Lymph, Mouth, Skin, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. Adenocarcinoma, Carcinoma, Cardiovascular Diseases, Gastrointestinal Diseases, Leukemia, Liver Neoplasms, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Neoplasms, Experimental, Skin Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Human MHC class I polypeptide-related sequence B, MICB ELISA Kit.
