Cross Reactivity: Based on IEP, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin goat serum immunoglobulins and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s IgG (H&L) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF), ELISA (EIA), Immunomicroscopy (IM). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG (H&L) n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Conjugate: DyLight 800 (Ex = 770 nm; Em = 794 nm)
Immunogen: Purified Goat IgG, whole molecule
Buffer: 10 mM Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, 1 % (w/v) BSA, Protease/IgG free. Preservative: 0.05% (w/v) Sodium Azide
Reconstitution: Rehydrate with 1.1 ml of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. Centrifuge to remove any particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
Country of Origin: Chicken Ig fraction was prepared using eggs from healthy hens of US origin.
