The IgG n/a (Catalog #MBS538829) is a Secondary Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Goat anti Mouse IgG (H + L) (Fab\'2) (Texas Red) reacts with Murine IgG (H - L) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s Goat anti Mouse IgG (H + L) (Fab\'2) (Texas Red) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunofluorescence (IF).ELISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000
IF: 1:1,000-1:5,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Goat anti Mouse IgG (H + L) secondary antibody (Fab\'2).
Biological Significance: Immunoglobulin G (IgG) are antibody molecules. Each IgG is composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. Other Immunoglobulins may be described in terms of polymers with the IgG structure considered the monomer. The Fab region, (fragment, antigen binding), is the binding region of the antibody. Biohazard Information: This product contains sodium azide as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
Tag/Conjugate: Texas Red
Immunogen: Goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) (Fab\'2) was raised in goat using murine IgG whole molecule as the immunogen.
