Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Rat gonadotropin-releasing hormone, GnRH ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the assay: This assay employs the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with goat-anti-rabbit antibody. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with an antibody specific for GnRH and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated GnRH. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with HRP labeled GnRH and unlabeled GnRH with the antibody. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of GnRH in the sample. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Samples: Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates
Assay Type: Competitive
Detection Range: 2 pg/ml -800 pg/ml.
Sensitivity: The minimum detectable dose of rat GnRH is typically less than 2pg/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest rat GnRH concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean O.D value of 20 replicates of the zero standard added by their three standard deviations. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<15%. Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<15%. Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess. Rat gonadotropin-releasing hormone, GnRH ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. Breast Neoplasms, Chromosome Aberrations, Disorders of Sex Development, Hypogonadism, Infertility, Female, Infertility, Male, Nervous System Diseases, Ovarian Diseases, Prostatic Neoplasms, Urogenital Abnormalities are some of the diseases may be linked to Rat gonadotropin-releasing hormone, GnRH ELISA Kit. GNRH1 also interacts with the following gene(s): Fos, Gnrhr, Igf1, Kiss1r, Lhb, Npy, Nr5a1. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Ear, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Kidney, Muscle, Umbilical Cord, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
