Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Human anti-epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus antibody, IgG ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with purified epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus antigen. Samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells and incubated. Then add Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated anti-human IgG to each well and incubate. Finally, substrate solutions are added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. Calculate the valence of human anti-epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus antibody(IgG) in the samples.
Detection Wavelength: 450 nm
Sample Volume: 50-100ul
Protein Biological Process 1: Infection. Human anti-epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus antibody, IgG ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. EHF also interacts with the following gene(s): FLNA. Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Ear, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Kidney, Muscle, Umbilical Cord, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
