Direction per Liter (Broth): Mix 1.62 grams of drop-out mix with 6.7g Y2025 Yeast Nitrogen Base w/o AA, Carbohydrate &/AS per liter of ddH20. Adjust to desire pH. Sterilize with 0.2um membrane filter. Aliquot into sterile containers.
Directions per Liter(Plates): Mix 1.62 grams of drop-out mix with 43.7g D9510-01 Drop-out Base (w/o aa) With Glucose and Agar per liter of ddH20. Mix thoroughly. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for 1 minute to completely dissolve the powder. Dispense into appropriate containers, loosen caps and autoclave for 15 minutes at 121�C (15psi).
