|The CD3 cd3g (Catalog #MBS238058) is a Dual Color Reagent produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD3/CD16 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 100ul whole blood.
Flow Cytometry: Maximum Dilution: Neat. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD3 cd3g for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD3 cd3g product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4557429) (NCBI Accession #NP_000064.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

CD3 is a complex cell-surface glycoprotein expressed by all mature T lymphocytes. This complex comprises five different polypeptide chains, with molecular weights of 16-28kD. CD16 is a 50-65kD glycoprotein expressed by NK cells, some T cells and granulocytes. It exists in two forms, a transmembrane protein expressed on NK cells and a GPI-linked form expressed on granulocytes. CD16 functions as a low affinity receptor for IgG, and is also known as FcRIII. MBS238058 has been developed to allow the simultaneous enumeration of Tcells and NK cells, as well as the subset of CD3+ve, CD16+ve lymphocytes.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 0.5ml distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. MyBioSource recommends that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
1.0% Bovine Serum Albumin
5% Sucrose. Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. CD3 also interacts with the following gene(s): CD247, CD3D, CD3E, CD8A, CD8B, FYN, ITK, LCK, PTPRC. Blood, Brain, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Anemia, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI HUMAN CD3:FITC/CD16:RPE.
