Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Human Apolipoprotein B100 (Apo-B100) ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: This experiment use double-sandwich elisa technique and the ELISA Kit provided is typical. The pre-coated antibody is human Apo-B100 monoclonal antibody and the detecting antibody is polyclonal antibody with biotin labeled. Samples and biotin labeling antibody are added into ELISA plate wells and washed out with PBS or TBS. Then Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are added to ELISA wells in order; Use TMB substrate for coloring after reactant thoroughly washed out by PBS or TBS. TMB turns into blue in peroxidase catalytic and finally turns into yellow under the action of acid. The color depth and the testing factors in samples are positively correlated.
Samples: Serum, plasma or cell culture supernatant and organizations in the natural and recombinant Apo-B100 concentration.
Assay Type: Sandwich
Detection Range: 1000 ng/ml-15.6 ng/ml
Sensitivity: 5ng/ml. Intra-assay Precision: <= 8%
Inter-assay Precision: <= 12%. Human Apolipoprotein B100 (Apo-B100) ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. Atherosclerosis, Cardiovascular Diseases, Coronary Disease, Dyslipidemias, HYPERCHOLESTEROLEMIA, AUTOSOMAL DOMINANT, TYPE B, Heart Diseases, Hypercholesterolemia, Hyperlipidemias, Hyperlipoproteinemia Type II, Insulin Resistance are some of the diseases may be linked to Human Apolipoprotein B100 (Apo-B100) ELISA Kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Intestine, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Spleen tissues are correlated with this protein.
