The Apo AI apoa1 (Catalog #MBS390147) is a Reagent and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s Apo AI can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE.
Apo AI Standard for SDS-PAGE, 0.2 mg/ml, preserved in loading buffer.
Use: The Un-Stained ApoAI Standard allows you to check the result of your gel run and to judge western transfer efficiency. The attached gel was running with 4 ul and 5 ul for lane 1 (ApoAI) and lane 2 (Std Mix1) on an Invitrogen 18% SDS-Gel, respectively. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Apo AI apoa1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
