The WHSC1L1 whsc1l1 (Catalog #MBS140268) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase NSD3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).WHSC1L1 antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:1,000 ~ 3,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:2,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the WHSC1L1 whsc1l1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The WHSC1L1 whsc1l1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #13699813) (NCBI Accession #NP_060248.2). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Introduction: WHSC1L1 gene is related to the Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome candidate-1 gene and encodes a protein with PWWP (proline-tryptophan-tryptophan-proline) domains. The function of the WHSC1L1 protein has not been determined. WHSC1L1 is highly expressed in brain, heart and skeletal muscle; however it is expressed at lower level in the liver and the lung.
Immunogen: Anti-human WHSC1L1 mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human WHSC1L1 amino acids 383-660 purified from E Coli. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing WHSC1L1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as WHSC1L1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Liver, Lung, Mammary Gland, Nerve, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Death, Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute, Liver Neoplasms, Lung Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Mental Disorders, Neoplasm Invasiveness, Nervous System Diseases, Neurobehavioral Manifestations are some of the diseases may be linked to Mouse Anti Human Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase NSD3.
