The UCHL3 uchl3 (Catalog #MBS535537) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The UCHL3 antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s UCHL3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin.IHC-P: 10 ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the UCHL3 uchl3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The UCHL3 uchl3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #5174741) (NCBI Accession #NP_005993) (Uniprot Accession #P15374). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Rabbit polyclonal UCHL3 antibody.
Biological Significance: UCHL3 is a deubiquitinating enzyme (DUB) that controls levels of cellular ubiquitin through processing of ubiquitin precursors and ubiquitinated proteins. It is a thiol protease that recognizes and hydrolyzes a peptide bond at the C-terminal glycine of either ubiquitin or NEDD8. This activity is required for stress-response retinal, skeletal muscle and germ cell maintenance. Biohazard Information: This product contains sodium azide as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling.
Immunogen: UCHL3 antibody was raised in rabbit using a synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH as the immunogen. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing UCHL3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as UCHL3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Atrophy, Brain Diseases, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Cognition Disorders, Disease Models, Animal, Learning Disorders, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Memory Disorders are some of the diseases may be linked to UCHL3 antibody. Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Eye, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Testis tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. UCHL3 also interacts with the following gene(s): NEDD8, UBB.
