The TRIM33 smad1 (Catalog #MBS850474) is an Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TRIM33 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s TRIM33 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).ELISA: 1:5000-1:20000
WB: 1:100-1:2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TRIM33 smad1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The TRIM33 smad1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #51173727) (NCBI Accession #NP_001003688.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q15797). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the TRIM33 Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (TRIM33 (C-terminus) antibody at 1/1000 dilution. Lane1: MCF7 whole cell lysate 40ug/lane. Lane2: Hela NE whole cell lysate 40ug/lane. Lane3: Hela whole cell lysate 40ug/lane. Predicted band size: 120KDa. Observed band size: 120KDa.)
The protein encoded by this gene is thought to be a transcriptional corepressor. However, molecules that interact with this protein have not yet been identified. The protein is a member of the tripartite motif family. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants for this gene have been described, however, the full-length nature of one variant has not been determined.
Immunogen: Recombinant fragment of human TRIM33 (C-terminus).
Preservative: 0.02% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, PBS, pH7.4.
Cellular Localization: Nucleus. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing TRIM33 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as TRIM33 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Fibrosis, Heart Diseases, Hypertension, Hypertrophy, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to TRIM33 Antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. TRIM33 also interacts with the following gene(s): ACVR1, BMPR1A, MAPK1, MEN1, SMAD3, SMAD4, SMAD5, SMAD6, SMURF1, SMURF2. Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
