This product consists of the purified IgG fraction of the above antiserum prepared by methods developed by ViroStat to a purity of >95%. The product is formulated in a phosphate saline buffer (0.01M, pH 7.2) containing 0.1% sodium azide preservative. No stabilizing proteins have been added. Potential applications for this product are numerous including ELISA, fluorescence microscopy, immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry. In addition, this product may be used in place of neat antiserum in almost any appropriate antibody-based technique. It is also suitable for conjugation purposes. Protein concentration is 4-5 mg/ml. Recommended short term (<6 months) storage is liquid at 2-8 degree C. For longer term storage, aliquot and freeze. Unit size is 1.0 ml.
