The TNFRSF1A tnfrsf1a (Catalog #MBS175331) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-TNFRSF1A antibody reacts with Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s TNFRSF1A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNFRSF1A tnfrsf1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The TNFRSF1A tnfrsf1a product has the following accession number(s) (GI #135960) (NCBI Accession #P25118.1) (Uniprot Accession #P25118). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Anti-TNFRSF1A antibody with the following immunoassay(s): Western Blot (WB) (Anti-TNFRSF1A antibody, MBS175331, Western blotting Lane 1: Recombinant Mouse TNFRSF1A Protein 10ng Lane 2: Recombinant Mouse TNFRSF1A Protein 5ng Lane 3: Recombinant Mouse TNFRSF1A Protein 2.5ng )
Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1A(TNFRSF1A) detection. Tested with WB in Mouse, Rat. Background: Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1A(TNFRSF1A) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TNFRSF1A gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, which also contains TNFRSF1B. The TNFR1 gene is mapped to 12pter-cen. it encodes a protein of 455 amino acids. This receptor can activate the transcription factor NF-KB, mediate apoptosis, and function as a regulator of inflammation.
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminus of mouse TNFRSF1A (127-141aa CKENQFQRYLSETHF), different from the related rat sequence by one amino acid. Contents: Each vial contains 5mg BSA, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg Thimerosal, 0.05mg NaN3. Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing TNFRSF1A are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as TNFRSF1A may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Autoimmune Diseases, Cardiovascular Diseases, Fever, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Multiple Sclerosis, Necrosis, Pain are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-TNFRSF1A antibody. |
