The TLR7 tlr7 (Catalog #MBS200017) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TLR7 antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s TLR7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF).WB: 1:500 ~ 2,000.
Recommended starting dilution is 1:1,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TLR7 tlr7 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The TLR7 tlr7 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #7706093) (NCBI Accession #NP_057646) (Uniprot Accession #Q9NYK1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the TLR7 antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunofluorescence (IF) (ICC/IF analysis of TLR7 in THP-1 cells line, stained with DAPI (Blue) for nucleus staining and monoclonal anti-human TLR7 antibody (1:100) with goat anti-mouse IgG-Alexa fluor 488 conjugate (Green).)
TLR7 is one of toll-like receptors which are type I transmembrane proteins involved in innate immunity by recognizing microbial conserved structures. These proteins are characterized by multiple copies of leucine rich repeats in the extracellular domain and IL-1 receptor motif in the cytoplasmic domain, and act through adaptor molecules such as MyD88 and TIRAP to activate various kinases and transcription factors. Human TLR7 (hTLR7) is predominantly expressed in lung, placenta and spleen and hTLR7,8 genes are located on the sex chromosome X. hTLR7 may play an important role in detecting and combating viral infections.
Antigen Species: Human
Immunogen: Recombinant human TLR7 (451-500aa) purified from E. coli. Clone Note: Anti-human TLR7 mAb, clone 4F4, is derived from hybridization of mouse SP2/O myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with a recombinant human TLR7 protein. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing TLR7 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as TLR7 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. TLR7 also interacts with the following gene(s): IRAK1, IRAK2, IRAK4, IRF7, MYD88, TLR3, TLR8, TRAF6, UNC93B1.
