The SNCB sncb (Catalog #MBS141021) is an Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s Beta-Synuclein can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).
beta-Synuclein antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:2,000 ~ 4,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:2,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SNCB sncb for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The SNCB sncb product has the following accession number(s) (GI #48255903) (NCBI Accession #NP_001001502.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Introduction: beta-synuclein (amino acids 1-134), an acidic neuronal protein of 134 amino acids, is extremely heat-resistant. beta-synucelin also has a chaperone-like activity. Recently, beta-synuclein has been suggested to inhibit alpha-synuclein aggregation. beta and alpha-synuclein are abundantly expressed in the brain and putatively inhibit phospholipase D2 selectively. The encoded protein, which may play a role in neuronal plasticity, is abundant in neurofibrillary lesions of patients with Alzheimer disease.

SNCB sncb

Immunogen: Recombinant human beta-Synuclein amino acids 1-134 purified from E Coli. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing SNCB are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as SNCB may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Brain Diseases, Depressive Disorder, Disease Models, Animal, Fibrosis, Hyperplasia, Kidney Diseases, Lewy Body Disease, Lung Diseases, Neurobehavioral Manifestations, Poisoning are some of the diseases may be linked to Polyclonal Rabbit Anti Human Beta-Synuclein. SNCB also interacts with the following gene(s): APP, SNCAIP, UCHL1. Brain, Eye, Nerve tissues are correlated with this protein.
