The RUNX3 runx3 (Catalog #MBS609733) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RUNX3 (Runt-related Transcription Factor 3, Acute Myeloid Leukemia 2 Protein, AML2, CBFA3, CBF-alpha-3, Core-binding Factor Subunit alpha-3, Oncogene AML-2, PEA2-alpha C, PEBP2A3, PEBP2aC, PEBP2-alpha C, Polyomavirus Enhancer-binding Protein 2 alpha C Sub reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s RUNX3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS).Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RUNX3 runx3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The RUNX3 runx3 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4757918) (NCBI Accession #NP_004341.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q13761). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the RUNX3 (Runt-related Transcription Factor 3, Acute Myeloid Leukemia 2 Protein, AML2, CBFA3, CBF-alpha-3, Core-binding Factor Subunit alpha-3, Oncogene AML-2, PEA2-alpha C, PEBP2A3, PEBP2aC, PEBP2-alpha C, Polyomavirus Enhancer-binding Protein 2 alpha C Sub with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (A) PBMC lymphocytes and B) PBMC lymphocytes activated with PMA were stained with MBS609733 or APC-conjugated mouse isotype control.)
RUNX3, also called CBFA3, AML-2 or PEBP2-aC, is a member of the Runt domain family of nuclear transcriptional regulators. All of the RUNX proteins form dimers with CBF-b. The runt domain (aa54-186) is required for DNA binding, while a Pro/Ser/Thr-rich region (aa191-415) transcriptionally activates target genes. Isoform 2 has an alternate 19aa sequence in place of the N-terminal 5aa of isoform 1. The 415aa human RUNX3 shows 91% aa identity with mouse or rat RUNX3. RUNX3 is necessary for growth control of gastric epithelium, neurogenesis of dorsal root ganglia, and T cell differentiation. RUNX3 expression is frequently mutated in tumors and appears to be silenced by methylation.
Immunogen: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa186-415 of human RUNX3 expressed in E. coli. (Accession #Q13761). Hybridoma: Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, E. coli-derived recombinant human RUNX3. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing RUNX3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as RUNX3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
