The JunD jund (Catalog #MBS852001) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The JunD (Ab-255) Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s JunD can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), ELISA (EIA).
WB: 1:500~1:1000, IHC: 1:50~1:100, IF: 1:100~1:500, ELISA: 1:20000, IP: Various Dilution. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the JunD jund for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The JunD jund product has the following accession number(s) (GI #558695424) (NCBI Accession #NP_001273897.1) (Uniprot Accession #P17535). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the JunD (Ab-255) Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue using JunD (Ab-255) antibody (#B7137).)
Testing Data JunD.

Testing Data #2 (Western blot analysis of extracts from HeLa cells using JunD (Ab-255) antibody (#B7137).)
Testing Data #2 JunD.

Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human JunD around the phosphorylation site of serine 255.
Pathway: Transcription. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing JunD are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as JunD may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone, Brain, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Prostate, Skin, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. JunD also interacts with the following gene(s): CDK4, EP300, FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, FOSL2, HBZ, MAPK8, MEN1. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Breast Neoplasms, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Fibrosis, Hypertrophy, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to JunD (Ab-255) Antibody.
