The IL19 il19 (Catalog #MBS222764) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s IL-19 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).ELISA: Minimum Dilution: 0.25; Maximum Dilution: 1.0ug/ml;
Western Blotting: Minimum Dilution: 0.1; Maximum Dilution: 0.2ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL19 il19 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The IL19 il19 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #30795208) (NCBI Accession #NP_037503.2) (Uniprot Accession #Q9UHD0). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Rabbit anti Human Interleukin-19 antibody recognizes human IL-19 (interleukin-19), a 153 amino acid secreted helical cytokine belonging to the IL-10 family of regulatory cytokines, which is preferentially expressed in monocytes, but also expressed in B cells, and up-regulated in monocytes stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF). IL-19 has been implicated as a regulator in the inflammatory response and signals through binding to a receptor complex (IL-20R) composed of the IL-20R1 (CRF2 -8) and IL-20R2 (CRF2 -11) chains, which leads to the activation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3).
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 0.5ml sterile PBS containing 0.1% Bovine Serum Albumin. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. MyBioSource recommends that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide is recommended. Immunogen: Recombinant human IL-19
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Antiserum Preparation: Antisera to human IL-19 were raised by repeated immunisations of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared by affinity chromatography.
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing IL19 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as IL19 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. IL19 also interacts with the following gene(s): IL13, IL20RA, IL23A, IL23R, SOCS5. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Lung, Mixed tissues are correlated with this protein.
