The IgD ighd (Catalog #MBS223036) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s IgD can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Frozen, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF).
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: Neat; Maximum Dilution: 1/10
Immunofluorescence: Minimum Dilution: Neat; Maximum Dilution: 1/10. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgD ighd for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The IgD ighd product has the following accession number(s) (GI #193806360) (NCBI Accession #P01880.2) (Uniprot Accession #P01880). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Goat F(ab\')2 anti Human IgD Heavy Chain antibody recognizes the heavy chain of human IgD and has been cross absorbed against human IgM, IgA and IgG. The antibody might cross react with mouse IgD.

IgD ighd

Perservative Stabilisers: 0.1% Sodium Azide (NaN3). Immunogen: Human IgD
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Antiserum Preparation: Antisera to human IgD were raised by repeated immunisation of goats with purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography. F(ab\')2 fragments were prepared by pepsin digestion.
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing IgD are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as IgD may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. IgD also interacts with the following gene(s): GHRH, GHRHR, IGHJ4, IGHJ6, TRH. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Connective Tissue, Liver, Skin, Spleen, Thyroid, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
