Id3 is a 14 kD protein and a member of the Id family of helix-loop-helix (HLH) proteins. Id proteins are believed to be dominant negative regulators of HLH involved in cell differentiation and implicated in the control of cell growth, cellular differentiation, apoptosis, and carcinogenesis.

Dilutions Instructions: Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ID3 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ID3 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Lung, Muscle, Nerve, Thymus, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Brain Diseases, Carcinoma, Cardiovascular Diseases, Central Nervous System Diseases, Endocrine Gland Neoplasms, Leukemia, Lymphoma, Neoplasms, Neovascularization, Pathologic, Vascular Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Id-3 Monoclonal Antibody. ID3 also interacts with the following gene(s): ID4. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
