The HSP90AA1 hsp90aa1 (Catalog #MBS175027) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-HSP90 antibody (monoclonal) reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Rabbit and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s HSP90 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HSP90AA1 hsp90aa1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The HSP90AA1 hsp90aa1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #92090606) (NCBI Accession #P07900.5) (Uniprot Accession #P07900). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Description: Mouse IgG monoclonal antibody for HSP90, heat shock protein 90kDa alpha (cytosolic), class A member 1, heat shock protein 90kDa alpha (cytosolic), class B member 1 (HSP90AA1, HSP90AB1) detection. Tested with WB in Human, mouse, rat, rabbit, chicken, frog. No cross reactivity with otherproteins. Uniprot ID: P07900
Background: Heat Shock Protein 90(HSP70) exists in multiple forms in mammalian cells. It has an unique 30-amino acid N terminus instead of the 223-amino acid ATP/geldanamycin-binding domain found at the N terminus of full-length HSPCA, which contains 732 amino acids. Functional proteomic screens reveal an essential extracellular role for hsp90-alpha in cancer cell invasiveness.
Immunogen: Heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) from the water mold Achlya ambisexualis. Contents: Mouseascitesfluid,1.2%sodiumacetate,2mgBSA,with0.01mgNaN3aspreservative.
Reconstitution: 1.2% sodium acetate or neutral PBS. If 1ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 100ug/ml. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing HSP90AA1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as HSP90AA1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. HSP90AA1 also interacts with the following gene(s): AKT1, CDC37, HIF1A, NR3C1, PTGES3, STIP1. Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Cardiovascular Diseases, Infertility, Male, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Lung Neoplasms, Neoplasm Metastasis, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-HSP90 antibody (monoclonal). Blood, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Stomach, Testis, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
