The HLA B7 hla-b (Catalog #MBS213895) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s HLA B7 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x 106 cells or 100ul whole blood.
Flow Cytometry: Maximum Dilution: Neat. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HLA B7 hla-b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The HLA B7 hla-b product has the following accession number(s) (GI #17986001) (NCBI Accession #NP_005505.2) (Uniprot Accession #P01889). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the MOUSE ANTI HUMAN HLA B7:RPE with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data (Staining of human peripheral blood lymphocytes with Mouse anti Human HLA-B7:FITC (MBS211127))
Testing Data (Staining of human peripheal blood lymphocytes from an HLA-B7 positive donor with Mouse anti Human HLA-B7 (MBS213215))
Mouse anti Human HLA B7 antibody, clone BB7.1 recognizes the HLA B7 antigen and does not cross-react with HLA B27 or other related antigens. It can be used to distinguish true HLA B27 positives from false HLA B27 positives (i.e. HLA B7 positive) in the investigation of diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis and anterior uveitis. The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is a cluster of genes that are important in the immune response to infections. In humans, this complex is referred to as the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) region. There are 3 major MHC class I proteins encoded by the HLA which are HLA A, HLA B and HLA C. The HLA B gene is part of the human HLA complex on chromosome 6 and there are a large number of variant alleles of this gene.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1 ml distilled water.
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
1% Bovine Serum Albumin
5% Sucrose
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: Papain solubilized HLA-B7 antigen
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing HLA B7 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as HLA B7 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
