The HAVCR2 havcr2 (Catalog #MBS421344) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Goat anti-TIM3/HAVCR2 Antibody reacts with Tested: Human; Expected from sequence similarity: Human, Dog and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s TIM3/HAVCR2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Peptide ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB).Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000.
Western Blot: Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Tonsil, Thymus, Lymph Node and Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 33.4kDa according to NP_116171.3). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing HAVCR2 a band of approx.35kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1. 0ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HAVCR2 havcr2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The HAVCR2 havcr2 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #49574534) (NCBI Accession #NP_116171.3). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful. The amino acid sequence is listed below:
KWYSHSKEKI QN.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Goat anti-TIM3/HAVCR2 Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) ((0.3ug/ml) staining of human tonsil lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.)
Western Blot (WB) (HEK293 overexpressing HAVCR2 (RC209440) and probed (mock transfection in first lane), tested by Origene.)
Immunogen: Peptide with sequence C-KWYSHSKEKIQN, from the internal region of the protein sequence according to NP_116171.3.
Epitope: Internal region. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing HAVCR2 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as HAVCR2 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Bone Marrow, Brain, Heart, Intestine, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Placenta, Spleen tissues are correlated with this protein. HAVCR2 also interacts with the following gene(s): BAG6, CD4, CTLA4, IL2, LAG3, LCK, LGALS9. Adenocarcinoma, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Hepatitis, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Skin Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Goat anti-TIM3/HAVCR2 Antibody.
