The F1Aa n/a (Catalog #MBS615601) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The F1Aa (FEM1b) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s F1Aa can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 10ug/ml
Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the F1Aa n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the F1Aa (FEM1b) with the following immunoassay(s):
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Human Brain, Cortex (formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded) stained with FEM1B antibody at 10 ug/ml followed by biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody, alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.)
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide, KLH-conjugated. Epitope: peptide (DINYQDQIPRTLEE) corresponding to amino acids 609 to 622 of human F1Aa This sequence is identical to the corresponding sequence of mouse FEM1b. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing F1Aa are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as F1Aa may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
