The ERN1 ern1 (Catalog #MBS850823) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ERN1 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s ERN1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA).WB: 1:500-1:2000
IHC: 1:200-1:1000
ELISA: 1:10000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ERN1 ern1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ERN1 ern1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #153946421) (NCBI Accession #NP_001424.3) (Uniprot Accession #O75460). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

The protein encoded by this gene is the ER to nucleus signalling 1 protein, a human homologue of the yeast Ire1 gene product. This protein possesses intrinsic kinase activity and an endoribonuclease activity and it is important in altering gene expression as a response to endoplasmic reticulum-based stress signals.
Immunogen: Purified recombinant fragment of human ERN1(aa282-433) expressed in E. Coli. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ERN1 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ERN1 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. ERN1 also interacts with the following gene(s): ATF6, HSPA5, JUN, SYVN1, TMBIM6, TRAF2, VEGFA, XBP1. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Brain Diseases, Breast Neoplasms, Disease Models, Animal, Fatty Liver, Hyperglycemia, Inflammation, Insulin Resistance, Liver Diseases, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to ERN1 Antibody. Blood, Eye, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Mixed, Nerve, Pancreas, Prostate, Testis tissues are correlated with this protein.
