The CDA cda (Catalog #MBS128744) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CDA Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CDA can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF).WB: 1:500 - 1:2000
IHC: 1:50 - 1:200
IF: 1:50 - 1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CDA cda for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CDA cda product has the following accession number(s) (GI #1705718) (NCBI Accession #P32320.2) (Uniprot Accession #P32320). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the CDA Polyclonal Antibody with the following immunoassay(s):
Western Blot (WB) (Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using CDA antibody at 1:1000 dilution.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (MBS128200) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.)
Immunofluorescence (IF) (Immunofluorescence analysis of MCF-7 cells using CDA antibody. Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.)
This gene encodes an enzyme involved in pyrimidine salvaging. The encoded protein forms a homotetramer that catalyzes the irreversible hydrolytic deamination of cytidine and deoxycytidine to uridine and deoxyuridine, respectively. It is one of several deaminases responsible for maintaining the cellular pyrimidine pool. Mutations in this gene are associated with decreased sensitivity to the cytosine nucleoside analogue cytosine arabinoside used in the treatment of certain childhood leukemias.
Species: Human
Immunogen: Recombinant Protein. Immunogen: Recombinant protein of human CDA
Calculated Molecular Weight: 16kDa. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CDA are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CDA may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Anemia, Anemia, Hemolytic, Bone Marrow Diseases, Carcinoma, Gastrointestinal Diseases, Lung Diseases, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nervous System Diseases, Neutropenia, Thrombocytopenia are some of the diseases may be linked to CDA Polyclonal Antibody. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Eye, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Skin, Spleen tissues are correlated with this protein.
