|The CD70 cd70 (Catalog #MBS531848) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CD70 antibody (PE) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CD70 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
FC: 10 ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD70 cd70 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD70 cd70 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4507605) (NCBI Accession #NP_001243.1) (Uniprot Accession #P32970). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse monoclonal CD70 antibody (PE).
Biological Significance: Human CD70 is not present on resting lymphocytes. CD70 is expressed after activation on about 20% of T cells and on about 70% of B cells. CD70 is a ligand for CD27 and it is also a member of the tumor necrosis factor gene family. Antibody BU69 recognizes CD70 molecule of approximately 30 kDa. Biohazard Information: This product contains sodium azide as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
Immunogen: CD70 PE antibody was raised in mouse using human WM-1 (Waldenstrom\'s macroglobulinemia) cell line as the immunogen. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD70 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD70 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Atherosclerosis, Brain Diseases, Death, Fibrosis, Inflammation, Intestinal Diseases, Kidney Diseases, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to CD70 antibody (PE). CD70 also interacts with the following gene(s): CD27, CD40LG, DNMT1, SIVA1, TNFSF4, TNFSF8, TNFSF9. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Brain, Connective Tissue, Eye, Kidney, Lung, Lymph, Pancreas, Prostate, Skin tissues are correlated with this protein.
