The CD62L sell (Catalog #MBS215132) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD62L can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD62L sell for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD62L sell product has the following accession number(s) (GI #27901801) (NCBI Accession #NP_776607.1) (Uniprot Accession #P98131). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse anti Bovine CD62L antibody, clone CC32 recognizes bovine L-selectin, also known as CD62L, Leukocyte-endothelial cell adhesion molecule 1, LECAM-1 or Lymph node homing receptor. Bovine CD62L is a 370 amino acid ~90kDa, single pass type I transmembrane glycoprotein bearing a single C-type lectin domain, an EGF-like domain and two Sushi domains (UniProt: P98131). Immunoprecipitation of peripheral blood mononuclear cell lysates with Mouse anti Bovine CD62L antibody, clone CC32 reveals a molecule of ~90kDa when run on polyacrylamide gels under reducing conditions, slightly larger than the murine and human CD62L homologues. Bovine CD62L is expressed on subpopulations of T-lymphocytes expressing CD2, CD4 and CD8. WC1 positive gamma /delta T cells also express CD62L as do a subpopulation of WC3+ve B-lymphocytes and all peripheral blood monocytes (Howard et al. 1992). Mouse anti Bovine CD62L antibody, clone CC32 has also been used successfully for the identification of CD62L on ovine peripheral blood cells by flow cytometry (Halliday et al. 2005).
Perservative Stabilisers: 0.09% Sodium Azide
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Bovine. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD62L are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD62L may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. CD62L also interacts with the following gene(s): CD34, CD44, CRP, ITGAL, MSN, SELPLG. Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Fever, Gastrointestinal Diseases, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases, Pain are some of the diseases may be linked to MOUSE ANTI BOVINE CD62L.
