The CD54 icam1 (Catalog #MBS210744) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. MyBioSource\'s CD54 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS).Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
Flow Cytometry: Maximum Dilution: Neat. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD54 icam1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD54 icam1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #167466198) (NCBI Accession #NP_000192.2) (Uniprot Accession #P05362). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse anti Human CD54 antibody, clone 15.2 recognizes the human CD54 cell surface antigen, a 90kDa glycoprotein also known as ICAM-1. CD54 is expressed by many cells following activation by inflammatory mediators. Mouse anti Human CD54 antibody, clone 15.2 is reported to block CD54 function (Berendt et al. 1992).
Perservative Stabilisers: 1% Bovine Serum Albumin
0.09% Sodium Azide
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant. Immunogen: Human monocytes
Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse Sp2/O-Ag14 myeloma cell line.
Buffer Solution: Phosphate buffered saline
Target Species: Human. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD54 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD54 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Skin, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. CD54 also interacts with the following gene(s): CD44, DIF, HLA-B, IL6, ITGAL, ITGAM, ITGAX, ITGB2, SELE.
