The CD45R n/a (Catalog #MBS532205) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CD45R antibody (biotin) reacts with Murine CD45R and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CD45R can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD45R n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. To buy or view more detailed product information and pricing, please click on the technical datasheet page below:
Rat monoclonal CD45R antibody (biotin).
Biological Significance: Various isoforms of CD45 exist: CD45RA, CD45RB, CD45RC, CD45RAB, CD45RAC, CD45RBC, CD45RO, CD45R (ABC). CD45RA is located on naive T cells and CD45RO is located on memory T cells. CD45 is also highly glycosylated. CD45R is the longest protein and migrates at 200 kDa when isolated from T cells. B cells also express CD45R with heavier glycosylation, bringing the molecular weight to 220 kDa. Biohazard Information: This product contains sodium azide as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
Tag/Conjugate: Biotin
Immunogen: CD45R antibody (biotin) was raised in rat using abelson murine leukemia virus-induced pre-B tumor cells as the immunogen. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD45R are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD45R may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
