The CD32 fcgr2b (Catalog #MBS551009) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti Mouse CD32b (FCGR2B) Polyclonal reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s Mouse CD32b (FCGR2B) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA).ELISA: Use at a concentration range of 0.5-1 ug/ml. The detection limit for FCGR2B is approximately 0.3 ng/well. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD32 fcgr2b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CD32 fcgr2b product has the following accession number(s) (GI #50511932) (NCBI Accession #NP_001002273.1) (Uniprot Accession #P31994). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

The inhibitory Fc- receptor IIB (FcRIIB, CD32B), a type I transmembrane receptor with low affinity for monomeric IgG, is a critical regulatory element in B-cell homeostasis. CD32B controls the threshold and the extent of cell activation by counterbalancing the stimulatory activity of a variety of receptors, including the B-cell antigen receptor. Consistent with its regulatory function, CD32B is found on several hematopoietic cell types, which also express activating FcRs, and represents the predominant FcR expressed by the B-cell lineage.
Source Note: Polyclonal CD32B antibody was produced from sera of rabbits immunized with recombinant mouse CD32B extracellular domain.
Presentation: Lyophilized from 0.2um filtered solution in PBS pH 7.4 with 5% trehalose.
Dilution: A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in 0.01M PBS pH 7.4 or other diluents. Reconstitution: A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD32 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD32 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone Marrow, Brain, Connective Tissue, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Lymph Node, Skin, Spleen tissues are correlated with this protein. CD32 also interacts with the following gene(s): APCS, BLK, CRP, LYN, MAPK1.
