The CD134 tnfrsf4 (Catalog #MBS520048) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Mouse CD134, PE (Clone OX-86) (rat IgG1) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CD134 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD134 tnfrsf4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The CD134 tnfrsf4 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #8926702) (NCBI Accession #CAB96543.1) (Uniprot Accession #P43489). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the Anti-Mouse CD134, PE (Clone OX-86) (rat IgG1) with the following immunoassay(s):
Testing Data
PE anti-mouse CD134 monoclonal antibody detects the mouse OX-40 antigen (CD134) which is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor/nerve growth factor (NGF) receptor superfamily. The OX-40 antigen is the sole receptor for the OX-40 ligand. This antibody (clone OX-86) labels the OX-40 antigen found on both mouse CD4 and CD8 single positive activated T cells. This is in contrast to rat OX-40 which is only found on CD4 positive T blasts (not CD8). Also, the OX-86 mAb does not block binding of the OX-40L. This antibody is suitable for use in flow cytometry.
Immunogen: Recombinant mouse OX-40 antigen
Donor: Rat AO spleen
Fusion Partner: NS1. Presentation: Biotin/FITC/PE conjugated IgG buffered in PBS, 0.02% NaN3 and EIA grade BSA as a stabilizing protein to bring total protein concentration to 4-5 mg/ml. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD134 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD134 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Atherosclerosis, Brain Diseases, Carcinoma, Cardiovascular Diseases, Encephalomyelitis, Autoimmune, Experimental, Inflammation, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Neoplasms, Experimental, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-Mouse CD134, PE (Clone OX-86) (rat IgG1). The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Intestine, Kidney, Lung, Lymph Node, Skin, Stomach tissues are correlated with this protein.
