|The CD105 n/a (Catalog #MBS535949) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CD105 antibody reacts with Murine CD105 and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s CD105 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Western Blot (WB).
ELISA: 1-15 ug/ml
FC: 3-20 ug/ml
WB: 1-2 ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD105 n/a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

Rabbit polyclonal CD105 antibody.
Biological Significance: Endoglin, also known as CD105, is a Type I integral membrane glycoprotein with a large, disulfide-linked, extracellular region and a short, constitutively phosphorylated, cytoplasmic tail. Two splice variants of human endoglin, the S endoglin and L-endoglin that differ in the length of their cytoplasmic tails have been identified. Endoglin is highly expressed on vascular endothelial cells, chondrocytes, and syncytiotrophoblasts of term placenta. Immunogen: CD105 antibody was raised in rabbit using recombinant mouse soluble CD105/Endoglin as the immunogen. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CD105 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CD105 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
