The CCL13 ccl13 (Catalog #MBS612114) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MCP4 (Macrophage/Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 4) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s MCP4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Neutralization.Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot.
Dilution: Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (50ng/ml), a concentration of 3.0-4.0ug/ml of this antibody is required.
ELISA: Detection by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution), requires a concentration of at least 0.5ug/ml of antibody. This antigen-affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well.
Western Blot: Use at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CCL13 ccl13 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The CCL13 ccl13 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4097421) (Uniprot Accession #Q99616). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Immunogen: Highly purified (>98%) recombinant antigen.
Country of Origin: USA. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with sterile water to a concentration 0.2mg/ml. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing CCL13 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as CCL13 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Bone, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Intestine, Lung tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. CCL13 also interacts with the following gene(s): CCR2, CCR3, CCR5, CCRL1. Eosinophilia, Hodgkin Disease, Inflammation, Kidney Tubular Necrosis, Acute are some of the diseases may be linked to MCP4 (Macrophage/Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 4).
