The Atp4b atp4b (Catalog #MBS530943) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The H+K+ ATPase beta subunit antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Bovine and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s H+K+ ATPase beta subunit can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB).
IHC: 2-10 ug/ml
IP: 5-10 ug/200-300 um of extract
WB: 2-10 ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Atp4b atp4b for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The Atp4b atp4b product has the following accession number(s) (GI #203045) (NCBI Accession #AAA63482.1) (Uniprot Accession #P18598). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Mouse monoclonal H+K+ ATPase beta subunit antibody.

Atp4b atp4b

Biological Significance: Hydrogen-potassium adenosine triphosphatase (H+, K+-ATPase) belongs to a family of P-type cation-transporting ATPases that also includes Ca2+-ATPase and Na+, K+-ATPase. H+, K+-ATPase is responsible for acid secretion into the stomach and catalyzes electroneutral exchange of cytoplasmic hydrogen ions and external potassium ions coupled with ATP hydrolysis. Immunogen: H+K+ ATPase beta subunit antibody was raised in mouse using hybridoma produced by fusion of mouse myeloma cell Sp2/0-Ag14 with Balb/c nu/+ mouse splenocytes with neonatal thymectomy-induced autoimmune gastritis, as the immunogen. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing Atp4b are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as Atp4b may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Atp4b also interacts with the following gene(s): Atp12a, Atp4a, Ppa1. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Adenocarcinoma, Leukemia, Neoplasm Metastasis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Ovarian Diseases, Seizures are some of the diseases may be linked to H+K+ ATPase beta subunit antibody.
