The ABCA10 abca10 (Catalog #MBS415904) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-ABCA10 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s ABCA10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Peptide ELISA (EIA), Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (IHC).Peptide ELISA titer: 1:20,000-80,000
Western blot analysis: 1:500-1,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-500
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ABCA10 abca10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The ABCA10 abca10 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #153792144) (NCBI Accession #NP_525021.3). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

The membrane-associated protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intracellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies (ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, and White). This encoded protein is a member of the ABC1 subfamily. Members of the ABC1 subfamily comprise the only major ABC subfamily found exclusively in multicellular eukaryotes. This gene is clustered among 4 other ABC1 family members on 17q24, but neither the substrate nor the function of this gene is known. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].
Storage Buffer: PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing ABCA10 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as ABCA10 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Colorectal Neoplasms, Death, Gastrointestinal Neoplasms, Lung Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Anti-ABCA10 Antibody. Brain, Liver, Ovary, Pancreas, Testis tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
