Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with goat-anti-rabbit antibody. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with an antibody specific for AMH and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated AMH. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with HRP labeled AMH and unlabeled AMH with the antibody. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of AMH in the sample. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Samples: Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates
Assay Type: Competitive
Detection Range: 0.5 ng/ml-200 ng/ml
Sensitivity: 0.5 ng/ml. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV% is less than 8%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV% is less than 10%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
Detection Wavelength: 450 nm
Sample Volume: 50-100ul
Protein Biological Process 1: Developmental Protein
Protein Biological Process 3: Differentiation. Bovine anti-Mullerian hormone, AMH ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. AMH also interacts with the following gene(s): ACVR1, BMPR2, CYP19, SMAD5. Cardiovascular Diseases, Disorders of Sex Development, Female Urogenital Diseases, Genital Diseases, Male, Gonadal Disorders, Infertility, Female, Infertility, Male, Ovarian Diseases, Testicular Diseases, Urogenital Abnormalities are some of the diseases may be linked to Bovine anti-Mullerian hormone, AMH ELISA Kit. Brain, Muscle, Ovary tissues are correlated with this protein.
