orthophosphoric-monoester phosphohydrolase (alkaline optimum) (EC 3.1.3.1). State: Highly purified enzyme in solution
1mL of solution contains the following
Protein (10 - 15 mg)
Glycerol (50%)
MgCl2 (5.0mM +/- 5%)
ZnCl2 (0.1mM +/- 5%)
Tris-HCl (10mM +/- 5%)
pH (7.5 +/- 0.5). The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Adipose Tissue, Blood, Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Mouth tissues are correlated with this protein.
