Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to AE Binding Protein 1 (AEBP1). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to AE Binding Protein 1 (AEBP1). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain AE Binding Protein 1 (AEBP1), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of AE Binding Protein 1 (AEBP1) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Assay Type: Double-antibody Sandwich
Samples: Tissue homogenates, Cell lysates and Other Biological Fluids
Detection Range: 0.78-50ng/mL
Sensitivity: < 0.32ng/mL. Application: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for Antigen Detection.
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level AE Binding Protein 1 (AEBP1) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level AE Binding Protein 1 (AEBP1) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
CV(%) =: SD/meanX100
Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-Assay: CV<12%. Human AE Binding Protein 1 (AEBP1) ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. AEBP1 also interacts with the following gene(s): PTEN, TAGLN, THBS2. Adipose Tissue, Blood, Bone, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Lung, Mammary Gland, Muscle, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Cardiovascular Diseases, Dyslipidemias, Genital Diseases, Male, HIV Infections, Hyperplasia, Inflammation, Necrosis, Ovarian Diseases, Prostatic Neoplasms, Weight Gain are some of the diseases may be linked to Human AE Binding Protein 1 (AEBP1) ELISA Kit.
