Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Human permeability glycoprotein, P-gp/ABCB1 ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for ABCB1 has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and any ABCB1 present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibody specific for ABCB1 is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of ABCB1 bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Samples: Serum, plasma, ascitic fluid, tissue homogenates
Assay Type: Quantitative Sandwich
Detection Range: 3.12 ng/ml-200 ng/ml
Sensitivity: < 0.78 ng/ml. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8%. Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10%. Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess. Human permeability glycoprotein, P-gp/ABCB1 ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. ABCB1 also interacts with the following gene(s): ARNT, CAV1, HIF1A, LANCL2, NR1I3, SLC22A1, SLC22A2, SP1, TP53. Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Carcinoma, Hepatocellular, Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung, Colorectal Neoplasms, Disease Progression, Epilepsy, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Human permeability glycoprotein, P-gp/ABCB1 ELISA Kit.
